When is mudslide danger greatest? Lessons from California storms - CSMonitor.com Just like what I dealt with in Panamá a few weeks ago. we dealt with weeks of torrential rains that caused mudslides to wash out the Centennial Bridge and the Trans-Isthmian Highway among other roadways, causing a few fatalities.
